Crowns and bridges get custom-milled the same day; implants arrive with screw-retained abutments ready for pick‐up. Night guards arrive back from the lab with occlusal adjustments dialed; partials ship with clasps already soldered and polished; dentures land with teeth set in baseplates trimmed flush. Smile designs show up with incisal edges softened; diagnostic models show die-spaced margins you can feel under the probe. It’s a shop floor more accustomed to carbide burs than patient charts.
