HACC Dental Hygiene Clinic
About HACC Dental Hygiene Clinic
At the northeast edge of the Select Medical Health Education Pavilion, HACC Dental Hygiene Clinic sits inside Room 102 on the main floor. The only public clinical space of its kind within the campus, it opens doors to low-cost cleanings and deep periodontal work supervised by faculty and senior students.
Students perform six-probe periodontal charting, take intraoral radiographs, and administer local anesthetic under direct oversight. Diagnostic services include caries detection with digital bitewing radiographs and full-mouth periodontal assessments every two years. Patients receive custom fluoride varnish treatments and oral hygiene instruction tailored to age and risk level.
Across One HACC Drive from the main campus entrance, the clinic occupies a quiet corner of the pavilion that is easier to reach from the north side parking rows. Call (717) 780-2441 to schedule routine appointments or ask about the sliding-fee program for uninsured adults and children.
Quickest route in from I-81: take Exit 57, follow the campus signs, and use the map for exact door-to-door directions.
